24 months manufacturer's warranty from the purchase date for manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship). Proof of purchase required. Normal wear, improper use and accidents are excluded.

Coverage

All Cybex products purchased at Norvik Boutique carry a 24-month (2-year) manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship). The proof of purchase serves as the warranty document.

What is covered

Original defects such as faulty stitching, buckles broken due to manufacturing causes, material defects on structural parts. Inspection and remediation are performed by Cybex — replacement, repair or refund after inspection.

What is not covered

Normal wear from intended use, damage from improper use, accidents, unauthorised modifications, cleaning issues, mechanical damage from impacts or falls.

How to make a claim

Contact us at support@norvikboutique.ch with the proof of purchase and a short description of the defect together with photos. We arrange the return to Cybex and the inspection; we will communicate the outcome after evaluation.

Warranty Policy — Full terms

Method

Standard tracked shipping only, via Swiss Post or a recognised courier. No express or priority option.

Preparation and transit time

Preparation in the Swiss warehouse: 1 to 3 business days after payment. Transit: 2 to 11 business days. Total: 3 to 14 business days from order. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Cost

Standard shipping is included in the price. No surcharge, no packaging fee, no cash-on-delivery fee.

Area

We ship anywhere in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For bulky items (strollers, high chairs) a handover appointment can be arranged.

After dispatch

You receive tracking by email. If nobody is home, the courier leaves a notice at a nearby pickup point.

Deadline

30 calendar days from the day you receive the parcel. Simply notify us of your intent to return within that period by email to support@norvikboutique.ch.

Item condition

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories. Car seats must not have been installed in a vehicle; high chairs must not have been assembled.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please send the parcel with tracking; we recommend Swiss Post A-Mail. If the item is defective or the delivery is our error, we cover the cost after contact.

Refund

Once the condition is verified, we refund the price to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, changing pads, feeding inserts and personalised accessories are excluded from returns.

Prices & currency

All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT. No conversion appears on your invoice.

Accepted methods

We accept three payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and TWINT. All three appear at checkout when the bank connection is active. No other card or wallet is currently supported.

Security

Payments are handled by providers licensed in Switzerland. We do not store card data on our servers. For card payments, 3D Secure authentication is applied when required.

Invoice

The order confirmation — with line items, VAT share and total — serves as an invoice and is emailed immediately after purchase.

Not accepted

We do not currently accept cash on delivery, other cards (e.g. American Express, Diners), cryptocurrencies or payment services outside Switzerland.
